Quality
Bonifatius Technologies Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company with accreditation from AQC Middle East LLC.
Our Quality control (QC) is concerned with the identification of defects—as such, it is regarded as the “inspection” element of quality management. It is the third universal process alongside quality planning and quality improvement. We ensure compliance with quality standards enshrined in ISO 9001. According to these standards, quality control is focused on Job management, controls which clearly defines well managed processes, performance criteria, and identification of records. Common approaches to quality control include statistical process control and root cause corrective action.
Our Quality Assurance (QA) group ensures to meet all standards as dictated by either customer or international frameworks. We follow some of the most popular quality assurance methods and processes like Benchmarking tools, Business process re-engineering, Kaizen, Operations analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, Specifications, Standard operating procedures, Cost-benefit analysis, Statistical sampling and Quality management methodologies e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing. We maintain Quality of our deliverables by doing Self Check, maintaining Check Prints and final document approvals by competent personnel before sending our deliverables to our customers. We have well defined Quality manual procedures and Work Instructions for our engineering activities.
