Our extensive modular project experience and comprehensive knowledge of the engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and project management process result in fabrication and construction strategies optimized for cost and schedule benefits. Some of our fabrication facilities include manufacture of storage tanks, reactor and exchanger. We also deal with Panel fabrication and complete wiring of MCC, PCC, Control panels and Control Desks.
Some of our sub-contractor fabrication beyond our fabrication capacity is completely supervised by us to meet client needs with desired quality and budgeted cost.
Our fabrication facility in POR GIDC is well equipped to cater customer needs.

PACKAGES

We design Modular skid units for a multitude of industries including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Agriculture, Food Processing Industries, and Pharmaceuticals so on.
As the traditional build-on-site method of construction puts the full burden on the end-user. Recent requirements have end user to design a system, source the required components and put them together. The end-user gets it working and, if there are future problems, the end-user gets it fixed. This is probably most expensive way to meet the plant requirements so we suggest the modular way to get rid of the hassles.

Interconnecting piping, valves, controls and instrumentation provided by a single source are reducing front-end engineering and procurement and installation costs. A single source of responsibility for operations integrity of a multi-discipline design also reduces start- up and operational problems.
Package Equipment also implies the coordination and responsibility for integrating all these components into a unified whole, including design, engineering, construction, and assembly and testing.
We put greater emphasis on quality programs based on standardization to reduce costs and increase in reliability and ability to provide customized packages. Modular Construction strives to reduce manhours in the design and construction phases of projects.
